Why

It occurs to me that I should do something with lessons learned, trips planned and thousands of photos I take while hiking, climbing, skiing and traveling around the North Cascades and beyond, so here we are. This will be a work in progress as I customize this blog and add more content. If you have somehow stumbled here, please look at the pretty pictures for a while and ignore that voice in the back of your head that wonders how you ended up here and is trying to get you back to doing something productive.
